I just wanted to take a minute and thank you and your staff for a WONDERFUL evening Friday night with our Awards banquet.  The atmosphere was fantastic; the staff accommodating, friendly, helpful and everyting you would want to see.  The food was out of this world!!  I had so many people tell me that our banquet was by far the best facilities and food that they have ever had at this function! If you ever need a reference, please send them my way as I will gladly tell anyone what a wonderful experience we had at this national function.

P.S. - Is there any way I could learn the recipe for the dressing of the marinated vegetable salad??  That was the best i have ever had!  I took two take-out containers of it and ate it at the field trial on Saturday & Sunday!!
